No Worries

Updated: Nov 18, 2022

How do you handle stress, worry, and anxiety?

Often, those times of anxiety rip us apart from the inside out. In Matthew 6, Jesus tells us how to deal with worry. He doesn’t say just forget about it, or that it will go away by itself, nor does He say we should run from it. Instead, Jesus tells us to take it one day at a time.

He points out the nonsense of worrying about things we cannot control.

Jesus reminds us that God even cares for the birds of the air. And, He says to you, that you are more important to Him than many sparrows.

God calls us to throw the whole weight of our anxieties on Him and allow His Spirit to fill our hearts with perfect peace, while He handles the many things that are out of our control.

I encourage you, rest in Jesus today.
